Some college towns I have been to seem to have a lot of bottle blondes and I never really cared for the look. As a White male with brown hair I have just had this overwhelming attraction to White brunettes but they seem so difficult to find in some places like Southern California and a lot of the deep south (where almost all women color their hair light blonde, just look at the cheerleaders for the Bama football team). They're there but certainly in lower concentrations.
What is a good place in the USA for a guy who loves an Anne Hathaway, Angelina Jolie, or a Monica Bellucci kind of woman?

Try looking everywhere.
Not rough time finding them, but just that in some places they are much much harder to find than others, especially if you are looking for attractive women.
