I know Hip Hop is number 1 in most of the states but i wanna know which states are not dominated by this genre and where are other genres like Rock, Country, Classical and Electronic the most dominant.

This isn't very accurate or telling really, but interesting nonetheless. (And it helps that I like the band that is the favorite for Pennsylvania).

Florida has long an affinity toward classic rock bands such as Lynyrd Skynryd, The Allman Brothers, 38 Special, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers and Sister Hazel to name a few.

Haha, well his albums and songs seem to focus on Miami. But yes, Tom Petty is probably the greatest musician from Florida.

-Southern Great Plains (Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas)
-Upper South (Kentucky, Virginia's, Tennessee, North Carolina)
-Deep South (Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina)

Every rural area of the Western US basically as well.
