There isn't just one in my opinion. I would say the usual suspects where one can find similarities to life in the UK....NYC, Boston, DC, San Francisco and Seattle would be my guesses.
Well, this isnt a metro but it surprised me -- Santa Monica, Ca. I visited a few weeks ago for the first time after having lived in Southern Cal my whole life. There is a British goods shop and at least one pub.
Most of them live in random coastal cities scattered across Florida, New York City and Southern California.
Very rare to find British people who are not tourist outside those areas.
It's hard to find neighborhoods that are of predominantly recent British immigrants. I do agree that British immigrants tend to scatter across the country rather than live together in large groups like you see with other immigrants groups. When you think about it, it makes a lot of sense as British immigrants would have easier time adjusting to American culture then pretty much any other immigrant group. So there is really no need for the British to stick together in ethnic neighborhoods.
There are a ton in Chicago, due in part to the leading role Chicago plays in insurance / risk, which is also a big indutry in UK. Lots of ex-pats in Chicago and vice versa.
Lots of British people living in NYC, adjacent Westchester county NY and lower Fairfield county, CT. Many involved in banking, finance, insurance and most high wage earners.
There are quite a few British people that live in Seattle. The explanation that I've heard is that Seattle's weather is reminiscent of London, so there is a certain comfort level there.
