If you took all the counties that are urbanized or suburbanized outside of the major cities in the Eastern USA, which is the most beautiful (trees, hills, water (lakes, rivers and streams)? (I vote for Westchester County NY) but you may have another idea. Your vote please!

It's impossible to pick one because so many are similar in the way you're describing. It's not like we're short on nature around here, despite the prevalence of dense cities close together.

^Agreed. Per metro area would be a better way to word the question I think.

Pittsburgh - Westmoreland
Philadelphia - Bucks
New York - Westchester (NY) / Sussex (NJ)
Baltimore - Anne Arundel

Lived and worked in Westchester County and can't disagree with you; however, Westchester and Rockland Counties, both enjoy the highest tax rate in the nation.
