There are beautiful women everywhere. One of the most beautiful women I've ever seen was working behind a bar in a tiny town out in the sticks in Pennsylvania. Stunning. For sheer numbers, I'd have to go with either Texas or California followed by FL and NY.
There are varying definitions of what's considered a "hot woman" ranging from the type with short skirts-high heels-caked on make up to the more natural version on the other end of the spectrum, and it varies by geography. Define your version and it would be much easier to make a suggestion.
If I'd have to pick, probably NYC because New Yawkers tend to be more classy and that's my taste (but they are irritable as a whole). Next... Florida beaches. I used to live in Florida and the beachers were usually gorgeous. We were ALL hottttt down there....
Why only to age 25? I guess coastal areas like cali or FL though I agree, theres people everywhere who are beautiful, I think more often in small towns who are also more down to earth.
