Right. Because France and Italy doesn't have real heritage and history that is unique to them that most people take seriously. Most countries in Europe hold annual events around the country that people are actually proud to take part in and visit with all of their neighbors and neighboring cities. What did you do for the 4th of July, Go grill in your neighbors backyard? Take your family to Outback and go home and relax?

Who said I think something is wrong with that? I'm just pointing out how we're boring. We also have a really good overall quality of life, so there's that.
I didn't mean literally rural, I just meant there is no urban energy in most American cities to the point it feels downright bogan. Columbus and Indianapolis are great examples. I apologize to JerseyGirl for being rude, I let my annoyance get the best of me. A lot of people cyberbully me on this forum and I just couldn't take it anymore.

Well maybe people wouldn't "cyberbully" you if you wrote like a coherent adult and didnt sound like a child who expects the world to be perfect. Toughen up kid, seriously you seem so oblivious to the world and yeah that deserves a little ridicule.
How about his, why don't you fly to Paris and live in a tent under the Eiffel Tower? Wait, you can't afford the plane ticket and the meanie weenie government doesn't give you enough to take care of it.
