I can get great healthcare. No complaining from me. I love our healthcare system
I believe that you do love it, but there are many Canadians that don't feel the same way you do. I've noticed that many don't generally understand US healthcare and have lots of misconceptions aboot how it works - and on the other side of that many Americans don't generally understand how Canadian healthcare works and have lots of misconceptions about it.

**I typed aboot on purpose.
Who are these "many" Canadians you speak of? Trust me they are a minority and the ones that complain are few and far between.
"Aboot"? That's a bit of a tired old stereotype wouldn't you say? Get some new material, the aboot jokes are lame. I have never heard anyone say that.

An American, a Scot and a Canadian were in a terrible car accident. They were all brought to the same emergency room, but all three of them died before they arrived.
Just as they were about to put the toe tag on the American, he stirred and opened his eyes. Astonished, the doctors and nurses present asked him what happened.
"Well, " said the American, "I remember the crash, and then there was a beautiful light, and then the Canadian and the Scot and I were standing at the gates of heaven. St. Peter approached us and said that we were all too young to die, and that for a donation of $50, we could return to the earth. So of course I pulled out my wallet and gave him the $50, and the next thing I knew I was back here."
"That's amazing!" said one of the doctors, "But what happened to the other two?"
"Last I saw them," replied the American, "the Scot was haggling over the price and the Canadian was waiting for the government to pay for his."

Wow you're sensitive. It's a South Park thing - get over it. They also having flapping heads...is that an old stereotype too?
You didn't believe the other guy who said he had relatives who said it, now you don't believe me. I guess we're all liars on here huh? I guess this is where I'm supposed to name them all. I've talked to MANY Canadians and heard/read about MANY Canadians who were not enamored with the health care there. Choose to believe it or not, I don't give a flip. But there is no reason to have such an attitude about it. It's hilarious how many people seem to think that their opinion is the popular one. LOL!
The funny thing is that when most Canadians come here to live, they never want to go back.

Well; you're certainly not humble; that's for damn sure!
I'm a Canadian and half of what you post is pure bullcrap; starting with the free healthcare thingy and running right on through to the 99% high school graduation to university nonsense.
Why on earth do you post such drivel here and elsewhere on these boards?

Uhhhh...it's not. The US isn't very dangerous. In fact, most Western European countries and Canada have substantial higher rates of violent crime. We are just better at murder, especially with guns.
But Canada's violent crime rate is twice the US's.
I'd like to know why the only knowledge you seem to have about the United States comes from sensationalized media soundbites?
