Here's the demographics for my zip code here in southern PG County less than 15 minutes from DC (Brandywine, MD 20613):

2013 demographic data according to C-D:

Black (alone): 67.1% or 5,608 (a lot of us in my nabe, mainly Afrikan Americans/Jamaicans/West Indians
White (alone): 20.9% or 1,747 (a pretty decent presence of them in my nabe)
Hispanic: 7.2% or 605 (there's a couple of families in my neighboorhood)
Two or more races: 3.0% or 253 (haven't paid attention but there is a young interracial couple here)
American Indian (alone): 1.7% or 139 (they could be here, there are Black, White, and Mongol Amerindians)
Asian (alone): 0.4% or 34 (there's at least 7 of them in my neighborhood)

20010 in DC is basically a third black, a third white, a third Hispanic (all three groups over 9,000 and under 9,500 each) and a little bit of everything else in between.
