Your place doesn't exist given your stated constraints.No place for example in the South that has 50% or less humidity during the summer alone.

Oregon would have been perfect, wages are high in nursing as well, but it is on the other side of the country.

It's an option once fiancée and I hopefully advance obtain our BSN/MSN. Portland be a perfect fit and area, but as of right now nursing jobs are competitive due to high wages.

Cost of Living in Roanoke, Virginia Asheville, North Carolina and the Tri- Cities region of Tennessee all have snowfall around 20 inches all 4 seasons and have a really LOW cost of living with crime rates near the national average.
