Why is Wilmington on this list? Are we talking about Wilmington, Delaware, or Wilmington, North Carolina? Because Wilmington, Delaware is hardly the South.

While I agree that Mt Pleasant has a sterile feel to it, I can't quite understand how you'd view the Charleston peninsula as sterile or having a lack of coziness or down home feeling.

I'm assuming its NC because if they were to include Wilmington DE, I would expect to see both Baltimore and Washington on the list, which are located south of Wilmington
