You need to scratch these two off the not so bad list. I have been in both cities at rush hour countless times and it is bad, 25,70&270 in Denver and 5,50&80 in Sacramento are parking lots at rush hour
Really? Even compared to NYC and DC where rush hour is from 6 am - 10 am, and 4 pm to 8 pm?

Ranked year after year as having the least congestion of any Major US city in America and the fastest commutes.
A commute of more than 30 minutes is VERY rare here.
No Toll Roads, No Red Light and Speed Camera's, and ridiculously cheap parking too.
Indy traffic is awesome its not bad at all totally agree
When looking at google Maps during rush hour times, Phoenix seems to always have the most green.
