Really? Even compared to NYC and DC where rush hour is from 6 am - 10 am, and 4 pm to 8 pm?

Rush hour in Phoenix is from 5-9am and from 2-7pm. What's your point?

I'm telling you first hand that rush hour is a bear in Denver and Sacramento, and I drive in Los Angeles regularly, so I have perspective

Ok. I wasn't trying to be quarrelsome. I haven't been to Sacramento or Denver in a while, and back then, the traffic wasn't too bad.

Honolulu.

Hahaha no way that's the worst but expected with its rugged terrain. I would say Cleveland because it's drop in population makes it a breeze

People always say Dallas has bad traffic, but when I visited recently I got everywhere pretty quickly on the Highways

When looking at google Maps during rush hour times, Phoenix seems to always have the most green.
