Obviously the weather is difficult to replicate, but in terms of culture, resources, etc- Which US city (and metro) is the most similar to San Diego?

The Tampa-St Pete metro area or Baltimore oddly enough offer a similar skyline/setting with somewhat similar amenities other than climate of course.

LA.

The Bay area and LA are VERY similar looking, except the Bay Area has a more East Coast-style core (downtown SF).
