All 3 are good, but I'd go with Charlotte. Compared to Atlanta, it's overall cost of living is better and the traffic isn't as bad. Compared to Jacksonville, it's economy is a little stronger. All good choices, though.

Atlanta or Charlotte, in a heartbeat, and in that order. Nothing interests me about Jacksonville.

Atlanta is very overrated. I lived there for a while. Try Charlotte or consider Nashville, Jacksonville is a bit racist.
