Been through Pittsburg once. You are right. Comming into the city looks very good. Was disappointed once i got downtown and thr streets were empty

yeah ... probably the best entrance to any city.

Going I-90 through Boston is always fun passing Harvard, Cambridge in the distance, Charles, the Back Bay, then slowly creeping out....

I would have to agree and on this, Pittsburgh is pretty famous as the city with thebest entrance.

Second best? I've got to go with San Francisco, also through a tunnel....and in this case not within city limits. I'm thinking of going south on 101 in Marin Co. above Sausalito and a tad short of the GG. Coming out of the tunnel, SF bursts into view in a broad swerp from the downtown to the Presido....with Alcatraz, Bay Bridge and bay, and East Bay all part of the incredible vista
