Short Term, Month to Month, Housing Options on the East Coast (rent, suites)

I'm looking for an inexpensive temporary housing option where I can stay (rent/lease) a place from month to month. In the Southwest, I see numerous options from chains like Siegel Suites to properties that rent by the month. On the east coast, I just see extended days, corporate housing or airbnbs. I heard in Florida, there's a bunch of monthly options but I don't see them. Do you guys know any properties or chains in the North or South East (even midwest) that charge monthly rates? Thanks
