Really? I just looked on the Utah transportation website and none of their traffic counts are over 240,000.
Here is the Utah Department of Transportation Website. Go to I-15 and mile marker 304 on the list. Mile markers 295-297, 304-306 in Salt Lake are all over 250,000. https://www.udot.utah.gov/main/f?p=100g::::1:T,V:5136
I-465 northeast side between I-69 and I-70 (easily the busiest stretch): 184,000
I-70 east of downtown: 167,000
I-69 north side/Castleton area: 159,000
I-65/I-70 downtown between the splits: 155,000
I-65 north of downtown: 137,000
US 31 Carmel: 83,000
I-74 east side: 49,000
I-865: 31,000
For the state of Indiana, it looks like the highest is I-80/I-94 just before crossing into Illinois in the Chicago area with 204,000

But where are the numbers well over 300,000? That's what shocked me, as that would be up there with the busiest roads in Los Angeles and the busiest in the country. Seems like a huge amount for a place like Salt Lake.
* nevermind, I see. It's counting everything that passes through that intersection with I-80, including I-80 traffic going either north or south on 15. That's why the number of cars goes from 200,000 just north of that interchange on I-15 up to 300,000 through the interchange and then right back down to 200,000.
The equivalent in Chicago would be the circle interchange downtown where 535,700 cars and trucks pass through every day.

That site seems strange, the traffic counts seem to swing from 238,000 to 311,000 to 118,000 within a matter of two miles...
There are two major north south freeways that bookend that two mile stretch and another east-west freeway that dump on that stretch of the 10. Traffic volumes are definitely less east and west of that segment.
I-376/Parkway West (Between I-79 and the Carnegie Exit): 97,000
I-376/Parkway West (Between Fort Pitt Bridge and PA State Route 51): 92,000
I-376/Parkway East (Between Greensburg Pike and Rodi Road): 90,000
I-376/Parkway East (Between Squirrel Hill Tunnel and Oakland Exit): 83,000
I-376/Parkway East (Between Squirrel Hill Tunnel and Edgewood/Swissvale Exit): 82,000
PA State Route 28 (Between the Heinz Plant and 31st Street Bridge): 78,000
I-279/Parkway North (Between McKnight Road and Mt. Nebo Road): 70,000
^ Bear in mind all of these are 4-lane (2 lanes in each direction) roadways that are woefully overcapacity, as these average daily traffic counts keep increasing.
