Any ideas or advice of a nice affordable seaside town. The kind of place I can ride around in a golf cart or moped/bike. A year round town with the majority of amenities. Preferably under $350k. Thanks!

Wilmington, SC
Virginia Beach, VA
Charleston, SC
Savannah, GA
Tampa Bay, FL
Jacksonville, FL
