Prince George's County, MD, in general, probably has the most affordable real estate in the DC area. You can get some great deals that are considered affordable compared to the national average.

^ Pcg is really inexpensive when you factor in Loundon County, Fairfax County, Bethesda's County there (missing the name). PCG is nice too.

I suppose I've given a bit of basis though in all honesty , but methinks no person in there right mind would come on a public forum for advice on where to set up a meth lab .
