Eh, if it had a better walk score it wouldn't be the worst deal out there for a starter house.

I'm seeing crazy prices out here in inland California. Ppl are getting greedy, it's going to bite them in the arse once we get past covid.
If prices are bad here, I imagine they're insane in Sacramento. Brb

Yikes. I found some of those villages to be quaint, but old, like smelly old. Don't mean to offend.
