Does this place exist in US? Urban, safe, affordable with good medical care. Cleveland is close, but not safe.

“Safe” is a relative term so you have explain a bit more than that.

Houston, Cleveland, Baltimore, Boston & MSP would be your best bets

Des Moines Iowa is still quite affordable and lots of new condos downtown. Medical care is excellent. However it may not be as urban as other larger cities mentioned here.

So crime is rampant in every Cleveland neighborhood? That's quite an issue apparently, have any cited references or just your unique perspective?

This is a little ridiculous, the areas around and east of Case-Western are safe and relatively affordable. Plus the metro is also there too.

This is a civil war on the streets of Cleveland. Nightly gunfire in most neighborhoods.

You could also go to Lakewood or Cleveland Heights, both urban, trendy streetcar suburbs of Cleveland as well, with little crime. Like I get the concern but at the same to write off the entirety of Cleveland and it’s walkable suburbs, I’m not sure you are going to find anywhere you’d feel comfortable that is also affordable. Your link shows plenty of areas of Cleveland with few or no homicides as well.

Also, I’m not sure what specific hospitals there are, but midtown Detroit is another good options and they just installed a streetcar there as well so that could be option.
