Either Portland or Minneapolis. Both are known for their great biking infrastructure.

Depends on community size and if you are talking commuting or recreation or racing, and road vs. off-road, and amateur racing vs. pro-racing.

Durango CO is certainly a leader in recreation and racing. Probably not bad on commuting and infrastructure but other places may beat that.

Boston really doesn’t belong on that list. People bicycle because it’s the best alternative but the bike path infrastructure is weak. Plus Boston drivers so you risk getting run down like a dog.

Count me out. I find many cyclists don’t obey vehicle laws, obstruct traffic in dangerous situations, and make it worrisome for pedestrians in urban settings or on walking trails. While biking to a job or to get groceries is noble, biking for sport needs to be better regulated perhaps. So a biking city to me sounds scary.
