Its 10:15 STL time, I know for a fact there is a buttload of stuff to do there, theres a couple of great bands in soulard as we speak, why in the world are you grousing on the computer? Go out and have a good time! You might even meet some folks!

based on your post, i'm sure you would enjoy it more. it's not that i'm speaking for everyone on st. louis, i am speaking based on observation that's mixed with slight subjection. i feel too sophisticated for this place in some sense of the word, and that's not to say i am better then the inhabitants of this city, but based off of personal preference!

maybe my californianness brings out the worst in me when i see no similarities to my homeland? actually, there's a jack in the box across the street from where i'm staying, and it's san diego based

You must be in the 'burbs then, and not in STL proper.... y'all should go down to Soulard, ever been there? Your sophistication level would be comfortable, or even better yet, down to Washington Ave in downtown...... why are you all not out, if you dont mind my asking? btw, you are way too young to feel so jaded.

i'm here with my mother and uncle to see a cousin graduate, i've been out all day. already went to a few of his grad parties. i'm indoors now cuz i'm exhausted. my plane came in late last night and ive only had 4 hours of sleep. i'm gonna hit the sack soon, but i'll check out the areas you've mentioned by monday and let you know if my opinion of the city has changed. thanks for the recommendations, ill ttyl
