I've never heard anyone in Florida make fun of a neighboring state. The only states we laugh at are the ones up north that experience long hard winters.
Funny given Florida is more the national joke. #floridaman #floridawoman #floriduh #hangingchad
Most Ohioans hate Michigan, but Indiana and Kentucky are made fun of more (probably KY less so because so many of their families are from there). Indiana is a blah bland boring nothing state, lol
None in Seattle. Oregon is too similar to here and the kinds of people who move here usually like it as well, while Idaho is in a totally different cultural sphere and I rarely even hear it mentioned.
Tacoma is a common stand-in for this.
BUT eastern Washington has a WHOLE slew of jokes about western Washington!!!
Here are the best ones that I remember.
Don't 206 509. Look up the area codes if you don't get the joke.
Why is always dark and gloomy in Seattle? God, decided to stick it where the sun doesn't shine.
Where are the jokes!!! that is the best part.
When I lived in Canada it was ALL about NEWFI jokes.
Iowans take a lot of shots at Minnesota's arrogance (it's like a northern Texas) but the pot shots are more likely directed at Nebraska and Missouri.
Generally I don't think Iowans would dislike Minnesota if Minnesotans weren't so found of trashing us. Nebraska is more of a true even civic rivalry, and a lot of people in Iowa look down on Missouri as being trashier (outside of the cities).
I don't hear much bashing of South Dakota, Wisconsin, or Illinois. I think Iowans generally like South Dakota and Wisconsin, and are indifferent to Illinois.

I grew up in NE Florida and every once in a while you'd hear a joke about Georgia (Why does the St. John's River flow north? Because Georgia sucks); but most Floridians are from up north, so they don't think about the states that actually border Florida as they might as well be foreign countries to them.
Here in Alabama, people don't really make fun of other states at all. There's the "thank God for Mississippi" stereotype, but I can't say I've actually heard anyone say anything negative about Mississippi since I've lived here.
In MA we made fun of NH for being hicks and backwards.
we also make fun of RI for being RI! Everyone knows everyone else. Everyone is related to someone in the government and takes kickbacks. The drive from Providence to Newport is too long to be a day trip, needs to be an overnight (it's 30 miles). Victory day is a state holiday? At least celebrate a real holiday like Lexington & Concord (Patriots Day is today).
I think Maine is too far away to make fun of, but I don't spend time on the North Shore.

MA/RI relationship is good. All jokes for fun. Mutualistic relationship
However, NH can be bitter towards MA and vice versa.
West Virginia gets unfairly made fun of by all five of its border states. West Virginias tend to make fun of Ohioans.
FWIW, I love West Virginia. Went to Morgantown for an ISU/WVU football game and had an absolute blast. People were incredibly nice, and it was incredibly scenic.
I feel like in the next 25-30 years, West Virginia is going to become an eastern analog to what Colorado has come become as people from the bigger cities realize that there's incredibly cheap real estate close to all kind of outdoor recreational opportunities. Once the economy pivots from coal to tourism, I think it could be a big boon to the state.
If it wasn't so far, I'd visit more often.
