I swear I have seen every state, most Canadian provinces, and a good smattering of foreign countries all in the parking structure at Disneyland. It’s one-stop license plate collecting.
New England. Specifically anywhere in the Boston CSA (besides that that covers 4 states itself).
I see NH, VT, MA, RI, and CT just from commuters. NY, PA, and a ton of TX for relocated people who haven't changed. Maine and Florida for people defrauding the taxes. Quebec about 10x more than all other provinces combined (even the maritimes?). Lots of SC and NC plates. one or two Georgia plates a week on my 2 mile commute.
Occasional PR plates too.
I was surprised how few out-of-state plates I saw there actually. I think Washington requires in-state car registration sooner than most states, which would explain it. (It's also not close to any state borders)
If you walk around the parking areas next to the US Capitol in DC when Congress is in session, you will easily see license plates from half the 50 states without even trying.
Nashville and Los Angeles both fit the description. Older Midwest cities like Chicago for example have way less out-of-state residents than cities further south and west.

Washington state is also very strict about enforcing this due to the number of people that buy cars out of state and don’t register to avoid the sales tax.
