Major city?

Cleveland, Detroit, Memphis, NoLA, St. Louis & Columbus are your best bets.

Chicago, Philly, Pittsburgh, Milwaukee & Baltimore have them but they are exceedingly limited in this day and age.

^I was pretty much thinking mid to select major areas away from the coasts. Especially the Midwest, South, Interior Northeast and Interior/Mountain West.

Yep, this is a good list for "bigger" cities.

I'd also add in Oklahoma City, Louisville, Cincinnati, and Kansas City.

Most cities that are midwest and interior south and plains will make the list. Slower economies, less growth, and slow development.

I assumed they meant market rate. If not, then many cities have income restricted housing in that range.
