Smelliest cities? Which cities have the most overbearing stench?

Worst I have ever smelled-

Manhattan NYC with rotting garbage on the streets during a strike.

- Bourbon street NO with sticky and slippery I don't know what that smelled so bad
that I got dry heaves just walking through it

- Decatur, Illinois with the Staley Plant making corn syrup

- A paper mill in Maine that was putrid

Disneyland, Anaheim, CA, after a kid threw up all over the place at the entrance
to Space Mountain

Of cities I've passed through in the U.S., downtown Tacoma can smell pretty awful due to the paper mills, Malden MA smells pretty bad due to a coffee roaster believe it or not
