I haven't lived in a enough places in the US to really make a decision. In my time between the south and north east, I'd have to say the North East, specifically the NYC surrounding areas. I have to say... some of the most beautiful people I have seen are from mixed ethnic families... (one.. being a mixed Russian and Puerto Rican).
I see more intermixing of ethnic groups up here in the North East. Interracial relationships are also more common and accepted throughout the North East (I myself am in one).

When you wake up tomorrow go outside and look at all our beautiful women in the WEST...............without an overcoat and gore-tex gloves !
The South for White and Black Women, The West for East Asians/Islanders/Mexicans, The Northeast for Middle Eastern/Dominicans/Puerto Ricans. And I also find Ontario to have some GORGEOUS Brown (Indian, Sri Lankan, Bengali, Pakistani) women. And Minnesota, Ontario, DC has some beautiful East African women as well.
The northeast has the best women and I'm from the south.
The women are educated and they seem to take better care of themselves.
Within the Northeast:
D.C. metro / Maryland / Philly Metro = beautiful black women
NYC & Boston = beautiful Latina and mix race women
The rest is hot white girls especially New England and Pennsylvania
