Don't give a rip about the city, I would go visit friends and family in ANY city or town they lived in. It wouldn't make me want to visit more or less if they lived in a nice place or a place I thought was crappy.

I picked Atlanta, Charlotte, Denver, Richmond, and Dallas/Houston/SA because they aren't really on my top list of US cities I want to visit. So if I had a place to stay and some extra time and money I'd visit them, all the other cities I would visit just b/c I want to see them more and it doesn't matter whether I have family or friends there.

Actually I probably should have voted for Chicago too b/c I'm going there in March mainly b/c I have a friend that lives there, Chicago was never really that high on my list of cities I want to visit until my friend moved there.
