the majority of asians you see in hawaii take the bus or are on a tour bus.
the speed limit and the roads in hawaii are much different than the rest of the U.S.

No Boston? Really?

Actually, I would submit Providence, Rhode Island as the correct answer. I believe that Rhode Island drivers have the lowest average driving test score of all 50 states.

The Salt Lake Valley has crazy drivers. Example: one day, I saw someone driving down a one way street the wrong way for several miles until they made a U-turn over the sidewalk and went back the right way.

Agree Boston should be there but also DC should be on there. I lived in DC for awhile and although they do not flip you off. They drive terribly.

The funny thing is, Massachusetts has the lowest traffic fatality rate in the nation so worrying for the safety of people you know driving here appears to be unfounded.

It's not the people that are maddening, it is the roads.
Massachusetts' roads were laid out over the last 400 years. With the exception of a few highways, most of these 400 year old roads are still the main thoroughfares in and around the city.

Dallas and Lexington, KY also have some pretty lousy, impatient, and horn-loving drivers, too.

I've heard that Tampa, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Boston, Philly, and San Francisco are the worst of the worst in this department, but I've never been to any of those cities.
Boston should be at or near the top of the list, and it isn't just the city itself, since its made of up of countless suburbs.
