If you're unemployed or low income Canada because you get free health care and welfare, the US if you work and make a pretty good wage because taxes are lower and everything cost less.

I've never been to either and I think I would like them both but I gotta say Vancouver because of Whistler. Plus, I am currently going to school in Canada and unlike a lot of other people on this forum I love living in other countries. Oh, and Whistler....

and I hear Vancouver has very pleasant flora......
