What are some cities in the US that have a low cost of living, improving employment outlook, good dating scene, decent weather, low-moderate crime rate, and decent weather?

If you want a warmer climate probably Houston or Dallas will be your best choices.

That is a good list there. Though some of the criteria depends on how you do things so its subjective. In most cases crime is distributed very unevenly in an area. I have seen these cities listed as the next list of growing cities in the sunbelt in the coming years.

I should have posted non-southern and non-northeastern cities/towns that meet my description.

I currently live in the South and it is not for me.

I want to move somewhere out West or possibly the Northwest.

You'd have to go to the west coast. the weather in the mountain west is harsh half the year.
