Right, it isn't a competition and it's fun to look at some pics. It's cool seeing so many cities I'm familiar with (i.e. Boston, New Bedford, Salem, Newburyport, N.K. Rhode Island, etc).
I'm VERY impressed with Winston-Salem NC and Patterson, NJ... I never knew. Especially Patterson. That old mill with the waterfall is stunning (my girlfriend was looking over my shoulder asking, "is that REAL?!" Pittsburgh is gorgeous too, my father is from Oil City PA so I love visiting the area.
Verseau- Great pics of NBPort... do you have any of Portsmouth NH?... I love that town.
Not sure if you mean Historic districts, or cities with a lot of Historic buildings. Anyway, here's some St. Louis pics. I don't own them, so I will just link to them:

Basically, any part of the city and a few of suburbs (Webster Groves, University City) are loaded with Historical Buildings. We've lost a lot, but we've retained a lot as well. St. Louis has fabulous architecture and a lot of history.
