If you had the power to realign state borders, what would your new map of America look like? Would there be less states, new states, new regions? Anything goes.

Move the straight up part of the PA/NY border that extends north to Canada, from 79-46 to 75-22 or so. (That would put Syracuse in PA but leave Utica in NY.)
