ok No pics here but there is this residential city in US. It's more of a Suburb to major city. It's situated on the lake and only has Houses (no condos or apartments). It is supposed to have a pretty high personal income levels. I have a doubt it was in California but I dont remember. what city is that?

Since you mentioned California, it could be Mission Viejo. Suburban, on a lake, and known for being affluent. Maybe...?

Medina, Washington is on Lake Washington and is affluent. Bill Gates lives in Medina. I guess that would make it somewhat affluent. I don''t believe there are condos/apts. in Medina. Could be wrong.

Also its was more like a valley with lake in between. I dont really remember much now though.
