What cities do you think meet these qualifications?

Assume High pay is above the national avg pay scale and COL is below the national avg.

For the Fortune 1000 HQs, 10 or more?

I would say the following qualify

Dallas/Ft Worth
Houston
Atlanta
Cincinnati
Columbus
Cleveland
Pittsburgh
St Louis
Kansas City
Charlotte ?


Others?

Dallas, Atlanta, and Charlotte yes. I'm not sure how low Houston's cost-of-living is. Don't know too much about the Missouri cities.

Didn't realize that Pittsburgh and the 3 in Ohio were high-pay and had a lot of F1000's, but okay.
