I know when I need lights (dusk, rain or other bad weather) and when I don't and lights on in bright sunshine is counter productive and can be confusing to other drivers. I wouldn't purchase that car. Lights on that I can't control would be a deal breaker for me.

My Volvo has automatic running lights in the front AND back. And a rear fog light too for very low-visibility conditions... I have even used it a few times in heavy rainstorms.

Whenever I drive other peoples' cars I always turn the lights on. It feels weird to drive without them on.

I hate these things!!!

They are blinding!!

In bad weather i can see them being usefull BUT NOT FOR GENERAL EVERYDAY USE!!
