A tiny little suburban municipality here in the Twin Cities is called Medicine Lake. Sounds gross, doesn't it? Also, not a town, but there was an ethnic retaurant in Minneapolis called Perfume River. I liked that name.

Glenwillow
Hunting Valley
Pepper Pike
Willowick
Willoughby Hills

A few others that I've heard over the years that I like:
