Chipotle is good for what it's for, a place you swing by for a quick lunch. Most people don't dine there for dinner, like they would for PF Changs or McCormick & Schmicks, that's not what it's meant for.
What's your problem? Isn't the purpose of this thread to list our favorite chain restaurants, because that's precisely what I did. Chipotle is my favorite low-end chain restaurant ($5-15), P.F. Chang's is my favorite mid-price chain restaurant ($15-30), and McCormick and Schmick's is my favorite higher-end chain restaurant ($30 & up).

Smashburger for burgers (their fries leave a bit to be desired)
Qdoba for burritos/tacos even though they're totally fake
Captain D's for seafood
Between BK and McDonalds I always pick BK

Arby's after 2:00 AM and before 10:AM

We just got a 5 Guys in Lexington, any recommendations on what to get there? I walked in just to study the menu, didn't look like they had much.

For pizza... Papa Johns for pan (medium crust), if I'm feeling spendy then Old Chicago.

Thanks, Mike (and westbanknola).

I love Gordon Biersch, and they seem to be very reliable in quality and great service at any of the locations I've been to. They really have a knack in knowing who to hire.

I have to laugh at several people mentioning California Pizza Kitchen - I really like them too. I'm laughing because I have stated this before, and was mercilessly shredded by several posters claiming it's garbage!

Another one I forgot is Brio Tuscan Grille. For a chain, I think they do outstanding Italian.
To eat well is to live well

And one more, Seasons 52 - great place.

My favorites are:

The Cheesecake Factory. Their menu is HUGE, their portions are HUGE too.

Macaroni Grill. It's so much better than Olive Garden.

Chipotle, Five Guys, In-n-Out, Fogo de Chao, Chick-fil-A, Cali Pizza Kitchen and Gordon Biersch are pretty solid chains. Okay, the first five are kick-ass.
