I live in Maryland right not\w but to rent a one bedroom apartment is about 1200 dollars a month in a good part of the state. I have a girlfriend and a two year old. What would be a good part to rent a apartment in the area. As far as job I have experience doing warehouse, office work. Honestly at first I would not be picky about a job. We got 25,000 grand saved up. I just dont know much about the are. By the way Maryland is way to cold and you must LOVE NSA to fit in around here.

You can trade cold for humidity, insects and no work. Don't do it. I cannot imagine anyone giving up a job no matter how much money you have saved. 25K is not a lot of money. You will go through it quickly.
