I hope that source has a good source because it sure as heck wasn't 1993 when we had an update. It was 1998.. so that news station didn't exactly get everything right.

Cant the state f Georgia find BETTER THINGS to spend money in this recession than some ole ugly @zz tags?? Whats wrong with the Old one...

Actually, this new updated plate will be cheaper to make because of the new materials it will be made from. Plus, it's been 13 years since an overhaul.
