Lake Russell is a bargain compared to the other lakes in the region. The property there is very cheap compared to the price of the other large lakes in the area and compared to any lake in North Ga. There area really some great buys there and it is a beautiful lake. There is a lot of new construction going on and there is an addition being built to the park that is awesome.
