I moved out of my apartment on November 1st and the day of my move out my property manager and maintance person and I did a walk through. Once the walk through was done I requested from the property manager a copy of the report which she refused to give me and said she would give it too me in 30 day which according to the law is not protocol. I also texted her again to ask for the list and she stated" That I turned my keys between 6 to 7pm on November 1st from this date I will give you an itemized lish of how your 500 security deposit was spent. At this time I give you either a refund owed to you or a bill for what you owe. We are doing what needs to be done.". Do I need to text her back stating anything.
