Among all the elementary schools in the Brookwood high school cluster, Head, Brookwood, Gwin Oaks, and Craig, Only Craig is rated 8 while others are all 10. So is Craig really not good?

Tried to decide between a house with the schools Craig/Crews/Brookwood, and a house GWin Oaks/ Five Forks/Brookwood, which schools, especially elementary is the best? How good is Craig?

I went to Craig (well, around 15 years ago) and it was great. Crews is the better middle school in the Brookwood cluster and essentially half of that is Craig ES students. I have no idea why Crews is just an 8 and the others are 10s. It's all about the same. The difference between an 8 and 10 isn't even that big anyway. I wouldn't worry about it.

Go by Schooldigger.com not greatschools. It bases its rating on the raw scores.

No disrespect, but the information at some of those sites like SchoolDigger.com have outdated information. Consider The Governor's Office of Student Achievement for updated information.
