The saying is Georgia; is the number one, "State to do business". A business court in 2020. Let's do it!
This year, Gov. Kemp signed more than 300 bills. Many have already taken effect. Others start on Jan. 1.

He is definitely helping to keep Georgia at the top for doing business. Definitely doing some good things. My hope is that the state income tax goes away one day.

The more purple Georgia becomes the less likely it will be removed. Look at CA, NY and IL.

He means the State is politically trending from red to blue, so were considered 'purple' by many pundits.

You mean Atlanta. The rest of the State? Hardly. I guess ya'all love Californians moving there running up housing prices.

At least the ones moving here aren't Duncan Hunter voters. How'd that work out for San Diego County?

Forbes just named North Carolina the best state to do business in 2019.

The Atlanta metro area represents about 2/3 of GA’s population, and now there are Democrat Members of Congress representing districts which were reliably Republican for many years.

I’d love nothing better than to have no income tax and for the state to earn fees in other ways.

Deal could have done this by taking the obamcare money for medicaid & by raising the cigarette tax $2 a pack. this would have offset the income tax cut.

Now we would be better off investing in research universities as this is what will continue to draw jobs into the Atlanta Metro area.
