Hi. Im a 61 y/o civil service retiree (m/b) considering move to ga.(atlanta area) recently divorced. Along with usual considerations(low crime,friendly people etc.), i seek an area with a racially mixed poulation. Some pluses although not required would be eligible females(marriage minded or not), spectator sports friendly(h.s., college,) football and basketball watching, attending plays and outdoor activities,(music concerts in particular).prefer not to travel more than 30/45 min. From atlanta proper. Any recommendations?

Lots of single women in Atlanta, but you have to make the effort to get out and meet people. Atlanta has a lot to offer, I live in the Cobb County area and love it.

Alpharetta would be a good consideration. Take a look at the
new homes .

Hi I can understand how you feel. It is not easy to find some one who is mate material. I see the comments and thought they were interesting. I recently moved here to GA 3 months ago from MI and love it. I am single and looking for a mature relationship that could blossom into a marriage. I really do not know how this site works, but would like to know more about you.
