Hello everyone,

My family and I will be relocating to the Duluth or Lawrenceville are by the summer of 2009.

I see that both Duluth and Lawrenceville are very economical, but what are the pros and cons with the area?

Also does anyone know anything about these apartment complexes: The Prescott, Duluth, GA, Reflections on Sweetwater, Lawrenceville, GA, Richmond on the Fairway, Lawrenceville, GA

Thanks

The Sweetwater area is pretty high crime, largely in the area where all the apartment complexes are located.

Go to http://www.gwinnettcourts.com in the last name field type Prescott Ap, then another search for its parent company Fairfield Prop. Same for Reflections on Sweetwater and then its parent company Venterra Realty, and same for Richmond on the Fairway and its parent company Landmark Res. Take a look at the dispossessories (evictions).
