Default I don't own...

but I figure my rent is probably comparable?

We rent a 4 bed/2 bath, 2100 squar feet built around 1995 in Columbus for around $1400 a month. We paid about that (actually $1200) for a 5 bed/3 bath 2900 square foot house outside (10 miles) of Dallas built in 2005.

Does your mortgage include taxes, insurance, pmi? What is the interest rate? There are many variables when it comes to a mortgage payment...so it's really hard to compare one from another.
