I haven't bought any meat at Kingma's on Plainfield, but I noticed they had a meat counter, and the things I have purchased there are super good. Also, Flying Bridge Fish Market, also on Plainfield, has seafood (not a huge variety) that they either cook or you can buy to cook. I had the orange ruffey last night, and it was delish.

In terms of actual butcher I've sopped at Sobie's many times. Best option as far as I'm concerned.
Frank's on West Fulton is awesome too.
Either of those can do custom cuts of meat to order.
