I don't like realtor.com because it's often extremely slow. Are there better real estate websites for Holland?

Zillow has lots of historical data on prior sales, etc. Not so great for current info.

You can search for residential real estate open houses here:
WMLAR Open Houses

Also, any of the real estate firms in the area will have searchable sites, such as:
Holland Real Estate & Holland Homes for Sale -- RE/MAX of Michigan
Homes for Sale in Holland, MI, Real Estate Listings
Holland Real Estate and Homes For Sale

Zillow's info is unreliable at best. Most of it is pretty out of date, and their algorithms that they use for their "Zestimates" use comps that most real estate agents wouldn't use.

I have had bad luck with both Zillow and Truilla, most homes on there are either not really for sale, or have been sold for a long period of time.

We recently bought a house and used BlueWest Properties - Better Real Estate for a Better Community They are Grand Haven based, but are really knowledgeable about the entire lake shore and even stretch out all the way to Grand Rapids. They'll help you find a home where ever you are looking in West Michigan.

swmric.com. It's the primary MLS for West Michigan. All info on every real estate website for West Michigan flows from SWMRIC.
