I know there's info on the 3rd coast ones somewhere but I haven't heard much on them. Are they being constructed?

Another 616 project breaking ground. 616 is on fire right now, I hope they don't bite off too much.

Here is the rendering. How far down is this from the 616 project? I wonder what Michigan St. will look like when these are done. How long before the rest of it gets developed.

It's right out in front of Mid Towne Village, next to Omelette Shoppe and El Barrio place. In essence about a block closer to Medical Mile (so not really that close to each other).

How long before the rest of it gets developed? It's almost completely filled in with businesses. There are a few vacant parcels but not much.

50 more apartments proposed. These ones in the East Hills, neighborhood association expressed some reservations. I really like the style, reminds me of places my friends in Chicago live in. Also underground parking

I know this counts as suburban, but 260 units planned in Byron Twp. It remains to be seen if they will actually be built. With wait lists going out 3 months plus to even get into undesirable communities, it seems like only a matter of time until we see multiple proposals like this around West Michigan.

Byron Township Board will take another look at plan for 260-unit apartment complex | MLive.com
